Earlier today, the world lost yet another legend when news emerged that Alan Rickman had died aged 69 after a battle with cancer.
On screen, Rickman was best known for his roles in the Harry Potter franchise, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, and Die Hard.
Off-screen, he was known as a proper gentleman who made us proud to be British.
