Video Shows Dog Run For First Time Using New 3D-Printed Prosthetic Legs

Meet Derby the dog.
Derby was adopted by Tara Anderson from the Peace and Paws Dog Rescue last year. He suffers from a congenital leg deformity, so she decided to help him out using her skills as a project manager at a 3D printing company.

Derby was born with very small forelegs and no front paws, so Anderson printed him a pair of new custom prosthetic legs so he can walk with a straight back and sit like a healthy dog, Gizmag reports.

He can also now run on all surfaces for the first time in his life.
 What an amazing story!
