There are quite a number of female bodybuilders who look fantastic.
And here is a list of the top 10 wicked hot ones. Enjoy, lads.
10. Wendy Lindquist
Wendy Lindquist
Prior to her career in bodybuilding, this native of British Columbia, arguably the nicest province in Canada, was a gymnast and dancer.
She works as a fitness model and has been competing in bodybuilding competitions since 2001.
Seeing her face, you will think she’s really cute, but seeing the abs, pipes and legs, this 5’3 blond cutie could probably throw you through a cinderblock wall.
9. Jennifer Broomfield
Jennifer Broomfield
A binder or list of women is never truly complete without a redhead.
According to an interview with her, she has always been athletic and everyone in her family has always been muscular, so in her mind, weight training and bodybuilding were obvious choices.
She started bodybuilding while still a teenager back in 2002. Did I mention she is a cute redhead? I really can’t stress that enough.
8. Heidi Vuorela
Heidi Vuorela
Enough ranting and raving about redheads, time for another blonde; a Scandinavian one at that.
Swedish bodybuilder Heidi Vuorela has been competing for a few years and when she isn’t training for her next competition, she, like many other bodybuilders, works as a personal trainer.
7. Jennifer Rish
Jennifer Rish
California native Jennifer Rish is a woman who apparently likes to keep busy.
In her late teens and into her 20s she was a kick boxer and briefly a gymnast.
These days however, she divides her time between fitness modelling, competing and working as a nurse.
6. Pauline Nordin
Pauline Nordin
The second Swede on the list, Nordin started training at age 17, back in 1999, and started to compete at just age 20.
Alongside her work as a fitness model, having been featured in many magazines, she is also a personal trainer and was on the Swedish version of The Biggest Loser. Her participant on the show was the season winner, losing over 90lbs over the course of the show.
5. Cory Everson
Cory Everson
Born in 1958, she is the oldest person on this list, but most definitely belongs here.
The most amazing fact about this lady is that she won the Ms. Olympia contest from 1984 to 1989.
After her bodybuilding career, she wrote several books about her experiences and went on to have a few cameo roles in TV and movies, with one of her roles having been in a Jean-Claude Van Damme movie: Double Impact, in which she played an assassin.
4. Oksana Grishina
Oksana Grishina
Grishina’s childhood was hectic, frequently moving houses and schools, but her family always made sure to live where there was a gymnastics school.
She competed in gymnastics in university and once out of school began to train in bodybuilding. Yet again, she is an example of a fantastic looking bodybuilder. She has been competing since 2004.
3. Moorea Wolfe
Moorea Wolfe
This fantastic looking girl from Arizona has been training and competing in bodybuilding since the early 2000’s, having started at age 19.
Like some of the other women listed here, she started out dancing and competing in gymnastics before she moved on to fitness competitions. On top of her competitive career she has also worked as a personal trainer.
2. Erica Cordie
Erica Cordie
Erica Cordie has not competed nearly as much as many of the other women.
Instead, she has always viewed modelling as her main reason for working out and staying fit.
She first took up weightlifting and bodybuilding after a skiing accident which caused her serious damage to her knee. Her original training regimen was simply to rehabilitate her leg, but it turned into a lifelong hobby. Wow, eyes.
1. Brooke Holladay
Brooke Holladay
There is no way to put this subtly. Brooke Holladay is all kinds of blonde haired, blue eyed, all-American sexy.
She competed professionally in the late 2000s and won two competitions. Outside of bodybuilding, she was an accomplished dancer and was briefly a gymnast.
